Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Lyandress collects when you visit lyandress.com or place an order, how we use it, and your rights over it.
Lyandress is operated by Batsheva Lyandres, a VAT-exempt sole proprietor (esek patur, עוסק פטור) based in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, Israel. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@lyandress.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you order or create an account: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number. We use this only to process, make, and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment providers (such as PayPal and our Israeli payment gateway). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects data such as your IP address, device, browser, and the pages you view. We also use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that records aggregated visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
How we use it
- To process, make, and ship your orders, and provide support.
- To meet our legal obligations, including issuing receipts and keeping accounting records under Israeli tax law.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies needed for the site and your cart to work, and analytics cookies set by Google. Umami does not use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the store: with our payment providers, shipping carriers, and analytics providers, and where we are required to by law. Some of these providers (such as Google) may process data on servers outside Israel.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as Israeli tax and bookkeeping law requires (generally seven years). Other information is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to review the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To make a request, email hello@lyandress.com and we will respond as required by law.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
