Our pieces

Every Lyandress piece is made by hand, usually to order. Small variations in pattern, finish, and tone are part of handmade work and are not defects. Colours may appear differently from one screen to another.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A sale is complete once we confirm and accept it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a piece is unavailable or was listed with an obvious error). In that case we refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are payable in full at the time of order. As a VAT-exempt business (esek patur), we do not add or charge VAT, and the price you see is the final price. We issue a receipt (קבלה) for every order as required by law. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within Israel and worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

Your rights to cancel a distance-sale purchase are set by Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its cancellation regulations. You may cancel a purchase from the day of the order until 14 days after you receive the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice; where the cancellation is not due to a defect, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, and return shipping is at your expense.

Because most pieces are made to your order, items manufactured specially for you may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right, as the law allows. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items

If a piece arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at hello@lyandress.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and designs, belongs to Lyandress and may not be used without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Israeli consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Jerusalem and Tel Aviv district have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
